At LDL Group, we believe that work is about more than just projects and results. It’s also about the people behind the work and the moments we share. That’s why we organised a special family day yesterday for our employees, their families and our retired colleagues. The entire day revolved around connection, joy and good food. It was an opportunity for colleagues to meet outside the workplace, for families to enjoy time together and for former colleagues to once again be part of our warm LDL family.
An unforgettable day for all ages
From the start of the day, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Colleagues who usually meet on the work floor had the chance to connect in a different way. Partners, children and even grandchildren joined in, making the day extra special. Our retired colleagues were also present. It was wonderful to see them again, to share memories and to create new ones together. Their presence underlined how valuable our shared history is and how strong the bond remains, even after active working life.
There was something for everyone: tasty snacks, friendly conversations and activities for young and old. While the children enjoyed games and entertainment, the adults caught up in a relaxed setting. There was laughter, storytelling and, of course, plenty of delicious food to enjoy.
