Ordered goods are generally not accepted for return. A return is only possible in exceptional cases, such as:
incorrectly delivered goods
defective goods
goods with an exceptional issue
Returns are only allowed after submitting a return request in advance and after receiving our approval. For an approved return, an administration fee of €15 excl. VAT will be charged.
