1. Clean the lint filter regularly
During the drying cycle, lint and dust accumulate in the dryer’s filter. If the filter is not cleaned regularly, this can lead to
- less efficient drying
- higher energy consumption
- potential malfunctions.
Therefore, check and clean the lint filter daily. In commercial dryers, this is often done through the lower front panel, where the lint can be easily removed.
2. Check and clean the door frame
Lint, dirt, and detergent residue can accumulate in the rubber door seal of a washing machine. Over time, this can cause odors or wear and tear.
Clean the door seal regularly and remove dirt from the creases of the rubber with a damp cloth.
3. Check hoses, air circulation, and drainage
Check water and drain hoses regularly for wear or leaks. Also make sure that the ventilation ducts and air vents of dryers are not clogged with lint.
Good air circulation ensures more efficient drying and prevents machines from having to work unnecessarily hard.
4. Clean the soap and detergent dispenser
Detergent residue can build up in the detergent dispenser of your washing machine. Therefore, clean it regularly and check that the dispenser hoses aren’t clogged.
This ensures the correct dosage and helps you maintain optimal washing results
5. Schedule annual maintenance
In addition to regular inspections, we recommend annual maintenance by a technician. This allows wear and tear or technical issues to be detected early, helping you avoid unexpected downtime.

✅ A handy tip: use a maintenance checklist
A maintenance checklist helps you keep track of inspections and maintenance tasks in an organized manner. This way, you’ll know exactly when parts were last inspected and when the next inspection is due.
